This package is for the couple who have minor details confirmed (for example your date and location) and are now looking for detailed assistance with locating and finalizing your venue(s), event vendors, invitations and printing, color palette and florals, applying for event permits and insurance, event documentation including timeline, venue layout, venue policies and guidelines, vendor certificates of insurance (COIs), venue access, arrivals and load-in details, menu planning/tasting, bakery/cake tasting, attend final venue walk-thru and finalize Food & Beverage (F&B) and venue Banquet Event Order (BEO), guest Bomboniere/Gifts, coordinate your wedding rehearsal and managed full ‘day-of’ coordination. If needed, I can also assist with bridal parties & showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties.

This package is very popular and perfect for those couples who have many of the details finalized but need the ability to check in with me for advice and best practices and need further help with event documentation and final planning. I’m available for any and all questions you have during your planning process, I will share my wedding checklist, draft event documentation including timeline, venue layout, share venue policies and guidelines with vendors, collate certificates of insurance (COIs), handle event permits needed, coordinate vendors for load in/out and full ‘day-of coordination’, following our approved timeline.

This package is for the couple who have planned and confirmed all of the details and simply require a wedding professional to be on-hand on the day to liaise with vendors and manage all of the load in, set up/break down, logistics and finer details – following our confirmed event timeline. Should you decide that you are going to need more help than you first thought necessary you can upgrade from Day-of Planning or Day of Planning + Partial Planning to the Medium Planning Package.

You originally requested ‘Day-of’ Services and now need some further assistance with final plans, event documentation and further assistance with finalizing your vendors and confirming/setting up the venue layout maps, coordinating/ communicating with vendors.
Package upgrade price upon request
Your event executive will be available to attend, coordinate and choreograph your wedding rehearsal. We’ll meet with your bridal party and family and walk you through the bridal procession order, ceremony format, bridal recession, general timeline and tasks.
The wedding rehearsal is usually 24-48 hours prior to our wedding date, venue permitting, and often an afternoon meeting at around 5:00pm, prior to your rehearsal dinner, or 12pm, prior to your rehearsal lunch/brunch. Rehearsal is usually 1.5 hours.
Package price add-on is $150
An additional member of our team will be available on your wedding day to assist with tasks as needed. Based on a shift of 8-10 hours full day, 4-6 hrs half day (gratuity is included in this fee).
Package upgrade price is $285 Full Day/ $180 Half Day
If you need for me to attend your final walk-thru and coordinate your reception service timeline, final plans, venue access, load-in/out details, map layout etc. we can add this.
